Ali Knowles, therapist and children's book author, will be leading a fun day of learning about how to manage your emotions rather than being controlled by them.
Through out the day you will get to try different techniques to help manage your emotions and get an understanding the different representational system so that you can alter your language to better connect with whoever is in front of you.
