Returns

We want you to be happy with you purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will offer a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and returned within 14 days. We recommend that you send returns via Signed For post and keep your “proof of postage certificate’ as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in post. We regret we cannot refund any postage charges incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Please note that our returns policy only applies to regular priced items and does not apply to any sales items or 'special order' items that we have obtained especially for you.

If you find goods to be faulty on arrival please notify us immediately via email and we will offer a full refund or replacement.
