Today I received the most incredible news from the Visionary Leadership Awards 2025, Ollie and His Super Powers, and the work of our amazing Ollie Coaches have been honoured with two awards:

Therapeutic Innovation of the Year 2025

Community Impact Excellence Award 2025

To say I’m humbled is an understatement. These awards are not about me, they are about all of us. Every single Ollie Coach who pours their heart into helping children and adults understand their emotions, take control of their mental health, and find their superpowers. Every school, parent, carer, and organisation that has welcomed our approach. Every child who has trusted us enough to share their feelings and begin their journey to self-belief.

When I first dreamt up Ollie and His Super Powers, it wasn’t to win awards. It was to give children the language, tools, and confidence to manage their emotions, and to help adults support them in a way that truly works. Over the years, our community of Ollie Coaches has become a movement, quietly changing lives in homes, classrooms, and communities across the UK and beyond.

These awards recognise vision, resilience, and purposeful leadership, but really, they recognise what happens when passionate people come together to create lasting change.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has walked this journey with me. You are the reason we do this, and the reason we will keep going.

Here’s to continuing to inspire, to innovate, and to leave a legacy of emotionally resilient humans who know their worth.
